Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days, although in some cases this may take slightly longer. We will keep you updated throughout the process.
We primarily use The Courier Guy for deliveries to your door. Delivery times are usually 2-3 business days once collected. You will receive a tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched, and you can follow its progress directly via The Courier Guy's website.
Please note: once an order has been collected by the courier, the responsibility for delivery rests with the courier company. We will, however, assist where possible if issues arise.
Returns & Refunds Policy
At King Coral, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our returns and refunds policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and the Electronics Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA) of South Africa.
You may return goods in the following cases:
- Defective or faulty products: If a product is found to be defective, unsafe, or not functioning as intended, you may return it within 7 days of purchase for a repair, replacement, or refund.
- Incorrect or damaged items: If you receive the wrong item, or the item arrives damaged please notify us within 7 days of delivery so that we can arrange a return or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and practical reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are supplied in error, defective, or not as described:
- Live products such as fish, corals, plants or other livestock.
- Perishable goods such as frozen or refrigerated foods.
- Custom or special-order items made specifically for your order.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition fit for resale (unless faulty/defective).
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days once the returned product has been received and inspected.
How to initiate a return
